Step 1 — Email to Get Started

To set up your account, email markuskallen21@gmail.com with a short introduction and your typical video workflow.
You’ll receive a welcome reply confirming your monthly plan, payment details, and project intake process.

Step 2 — Submit Your First Project

Once enrolled, simply email your first project request with:

• A link to your footage (Google Drive, Dropbox, LMS, or file transfer)

• Project notes (timestamps, title slide text, speaker names, or specific trims)

Each request is added to your queue. You can submit as many as you’d like — one active edit is worked on at a time.

Step 3 — Editing & Delivery

Every edit is completed with the same precision and attention to detail: clean cuts, leveled audio, color correction, and branded title slides.
Most projects are turned around within 24–48 hours, and short edits can often be delivered the same day.

Step 4 — Review & Iterate

When you receive your finished video, simply reply to the email with any notes or revision requests.
You’ll get one complimentary round of revisions per project, ensuring your final file meets your needs perfectly.

Step 5 — Continuous Workflow

You can submit new projects at any time. As soon as one edit is delivered, the next request in your queue begins.
You’ll communicate directly via email for everything — no forms, no portals, no missed messages.
